Updates on the development
July 2026
Lindum Homes update:
• First 3 plots fronting Nettleham Rd have been released for sale. The fourth plot on the frontage will be the show home, which will open in september.

• A lot of activity planned for July, specifically the attenuation tank being installed. This will see a crane on site for next 4 weeks, with the tank being transported onto site in sections and assembles in situ.
• The generator is needed to power the site, as we need to drop the overhead cables to get the power live, and this is going through a legal process. This is unlikely to be concluded until the end of summer.

May 2026
Progress is now going very well, as we progress the first four (frontage to Nettleham Road Plots 1 - 4) houses in to build. We hope to open the show home/sales on site in July this year, with the first people moving in by the end of the year.
Prior to that, it will be a busy summer with onsite infrastructure, key things include (and dates subject to usual caveats).
Installation and connection of the onsite electricity substation by mid-June
• Dropping the overhead cables that cross the site and re-routing underground late June/early July
• Installation of the attenuation tank in June/July
• Installation of the surface water and foul water pump station July/August.
So all in all, a lot going on but, by the end of the summer, the tank will be in, and the site will have its own services.
