February 2023 Notes Scothern NDP Group
Meeting of Scothern Neighbourhood Development Plan group on Wednesday 15th February 2023 at 7.30pm at Cathie Nicoll’s House 19 Church Street, Scothern
Present: Cllr Robert Creaser, Cllr John Fotheringham, Cllr Jane Johnson, Cllr Cathie Nicoll, Melanie Tointon and Luke Brown (Planning Consultant)
Luke had previously forwarded the Strategic Environmental Assessment and latest draft of the Review Document.
A few further minor alterations were put forward including endorsing the document confirming that at date of production the data from the latest census was not available and hence we are quoting 2011 statistics.
Luke still awaiting a couple of items from Nev Brown for the Basic Conditions Statement.
The proposed timetable for the Scothern Neighbourhood Development Plan is as follows –
Submission – March
Examination – April
Referendum - June/July
We are still on track to fulfil the timetable.
Jane to supply new photographs for the front of the document.
Luke needs to finalise the Consultation Statement and the Development Plan in view of the further comments made.
There should be one more invoice to come from Luke. This marks the end of the life of the grant. We may need to refund money and apply for further grant to cover the final passage of the plan to cover possible amendments following examination and printing costs etc prior to the referendum.
Luke to forward the all the documents for a final check by the group prior to approval by the Parish Council. He aims to get them to the group by 1st March in readiness for the meeting on 8th March 2023. Luke to attend the annual meeting,
