134/2026 Apologies for Absence -to receive apologies with any reasons given
135/2026 Representatives Report -to receive reports from the District & County Councillors
136/2026 Public Participation - to resolve, if necessary, to temporarily suspend the meeting for a period of no more than 15 minutes to allow for a period of public participation.

145/2026 LIVES Community Lifesaving session – to confirm 25th July for a 2-hr session for residents to attend free of charge. The PC to consider sending a donation of £100 to LIVES for the session
