To resolve, if necessary, to temporarily suspend the meeting for a period of no more than 15 minutes to allow for a

To record declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 and consider any requests for

dispensation for any listed agenda items.

To approve & sign the notes of the Parish Council Meeting held on 12th March 2025 as minutes

83/2024 Flooding issues

a. Grange Park drainage works – to receive quotes and decide future actions

b. To receive any updates & information on the village flooding issues for discussion and decide future actions

 

84/2025 Springbok IT

a. To receive information on the current IT services, the gov.uk domain, the current costs and decide any future actions.

b. To discuss the Cyder Security Essentials course costing £400 and consider the request from Springbok to contribute £200 to enable them to continue to provide the IT services to Scothern PC.
