a. To discuss and receive quotes for a survey on the trees for their condition and risk management. Quotes received from Arborez Ltd - £600+vat; Watson Lindsey Arboriculture - £425.

To receive the report and video images from Ajet’s investigation works. Discuss and approve any future actions

To discuss the missing fence plank & quote to repair and decide any future actions

a. To discuss the updated new play equipment quote from Outdoor Play Devon Ltd and Grant funding options for Stage 2

To approve & sign the monthly accounts for payment; the corresponding bank statements up to 30/06/25 and to
nominate 2 councillors to authorise the online bank payments. And to initially approve expected payments in August.
195/2025 Village maintenance
a. To receive quotes for Notice boards 1.fix the Perspex seal on the board near the village hall; 2. To replace the inside backing board on Grange Park board near The Alders; 3. To strip, varnish & replace the header -Scothern Parish Council, near the bus stop on Church St
b. To discuss the quote received from Ian Moore received with the Grass/Maintenance Tender to clear the beck bed of vegetation to help keep clear and prevent flooding and decide future actions
c. To receive quotes to purchase litter picking equipment
d. Cemetery car park – overhanging trees and weeds
e. Footpath Grange Park from Church St – to receive quote to hard surface and approve actions
f. Overgrown area and hedge at Grange Park and weeds/nettles at Play area – to cut back
