held in the Methodist Church, on Wednesday 8th May 2024 at 7.30pm

119/2024 To Elect a Chair and obtain signature of Declaration of Acceptance of Office -
Cllr Reyner was proposed, seconded & voted as Chair, and signed the Declaration of Acceptance of Office

renewal was received but items & values differed from the Assets Register. The council agreed
items/equipment required for the insurance, clerk to update with the insurance company, sending
the assets register and email all councillors before the end of May for approval by email, due to

e. Scothern Recreation Centre – Cllr Reyner
f. Police matters - Cllr Canton
g.Village Maintenance – Cllr Creaser
